Collaboration Territory definition
Collaboration Territory means the United States, its territories and possessions.
Collaboration Territory means (a) with respect to the [***] Molecule and the [***] Product before the Opt-In, the [***] Territory, (b) with respect to the [***] Molecule and the [***] Product after the Opt-In, the [***] Opt-In Territory, and (b) with respect to the MGNX Option Molecule and MGNX Option Product, the MGNX Option Territory.
Collaboration Territory means the world, except for the Excluded Territory for AMG557 and AMG827.

For clarity, the following U.S. territories are not included in the Collaboration Territory: Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Collaboration Territory means those countries set forth on the Collaboration Territory Schedule and any country added pursuant to Section 2.16 (Territorial Expansion).
