Collaboration Territory definition

Collaboration Territory means the United States, its territories and possessions.
Collaboration Territory means (a) with respect to the [***] Molecule and the [***] Product before the Opt-In, the [***] Territory, (b) with respect to the [***] Molecule and the [***] Product after the Opt-In, the [***] Opt-In Territory, and (b) with respect to the MGNX Option Molecule and MGNX Option Product, the MGNX Option Territory.
Collaboration Territory means the world, except for the Excluded Territory for AMG557 and AMG827.

Collaboration Territory means the ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, the District of Columbia and Canada, but does not include U.S. territories and possessions. For clarity, the following U.S. territories are not included in the Collaboration Territory: Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Collaboration Territory means those countries set forth on the Collaboration Territory Schedule and any country added pursuant to Section 2.16 (Territorial Expansion).
Collaboration Territory means the People’s Republic of China, but not including Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR), Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR), or Taiwan.
