Collateral definition

Collateral has the meaning set forth in Section 2.
Collateral has the meaning specified in the Granting Clause of this Indenture.

  • All places of business of Debtor, including the identification of the principal place of business of Debtor, and the address(es) at which the Collateral is (are) located, are indicated on Schedule 5(e) hereto.

  • Debtor shall not, without at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to the Secured Party, relocate such principal place of business or the Collateral, with no relocation being permitted outside the United States in any event.
