In addition, and without limiting the foregoing or Section 2.05(d), if any L/C Obligations remain outstanding after the expiration date specified in said Section 2.05(d), the Borrowers shall immediately deposit into the Collateral Account an amount in cash equal to 103% of such L/C Obligations as of such date plus any accrued and unpaid interest thereon.
Notwithstanding any provision of Section 2.15 to the contrary, assets credited to a Collateral Account may be invested, liquidated and reinvested in cash and Cash Equivalents from time to time.
