Collateral Account definition

Collateral Account is any Deposit Account, Securities Account, or Commodity Account.
Collateral Account any collateral account established by the Administrative Agent as provided in Section 6.1 or 6.4.

Collateral Account has the meaning specified in the Security Agreement.
