Collateral Custodian Fee definition

Collateral Custodian Fee means the fee to be paid to the Collateral Custodian as set forth in the Custody Agreement.

Collateral Custodian Fee. The fees, expenses and indemnities set forth as such in the Collateral Custodian Fee Letter and as provided for in this Agreement or any other Transaction Document.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or the Collateral Custodian Fee Letter, each of the Collateral Custodian, the Account Bank and the Document Custodian agrees that the aggregate amount of expenses and indemnity payments included in the Collateral Custodian Fee payable pursuant to Sections 2.7(a)(1) and 2.7(b)(1) shall be not greater than $150,000 during any rolling 12-month period.
