Collateral Insurance definition

Collateral Insurance shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.4(a).
Collateral Insurance means an insurance policy solely or primarily intended to provide security for a loan or to insure collateral for a loan.
Collateral Insurance. The insurance policy maintained by the Servicer, or indemnification obligation of the Servicer in lieu of such insurance policy, pursuant to Section 3.4(e).
