Collateral Materials definition

Collateral Materials means all packaging, tags, labels, instructions, warranties and other materials of any similar type associated with the Licensed Products that are marked with at least one of the Licensed Marks and distributed to the customer in connection with the Sale and Service of the Licensed Product as well as end user license agreements and other agreements or licenses relating to a Licensed Product.
Collateral Materials means the relevant police incident reports and the charging documents, either the criminal information or indictment.
Collateral Materials means all packaging, tags, labels, advertising, promotions, display fixtures, instructions, warranties and other materials of any and all types associated with the Palm Business Products that are marked with at least one of the Licensed Marks.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Merchant may impose restrictions and guidelines on how Third Party Referrer may utilize Links or Collateral Materials by specifying such restrictions and guidelines in the Special Terms and/or Merchant Agreement.
