Collateral Notes definition

Collateral Notes has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 4 hereof.

More Definitions of Collateral Notes

Collateral Notes means those promissory notes set forth on Schedule II hereto, and all amendments and modifications thereof, which have been acquired by Borrower on or about this day and which have been collaterally assigned to Bank as security for the Loan.
