Collateral Obligations definition

Collateral Obligations has the meaning specified in the Recitals.

Collateral Obligations means the Class A Floating Rate Asset Backed Certificates, Series 1996-4 in an aggregate principal amount of $363,900,000 issued by the Chase Credit Card Master Trust.
