Collateral Party definition

Collateral Party means the pledgor, mortgagor or grantor of a security interest for the benefit of the Collateral Agent and the Noteholders under any Security Document.
Collateral Party means each (a) TRS Lessee, (b) direct and indirect owner of a TRS Lessee, (c) direct or indirect owner of a Borrowing Base Asset, (d) Pledgor and (e) direct or indirect owner of a Pledgor; in each case other than the Parent Guarantor.
Collateral Party means the party to this Agreement which can use a Program Invention for purposes of this Agreement, but to which such Program Invention is not assigned or licensed for use thereafter.

  • For purposes of Articles 8 and 9 of the UCC, to the extent that Party B has any right to originate entitlement orders or other instructions or directions with respect to any Collateral, Party B shall no longer have any such right upon the occurrence of a Close-out Event.
