Collateral Sharing Agreement definition

Collateral Sharing Agreement means the Collateral Sharing Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit D, between the Borrower and the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Collateral Sharing Agreement means the Collateral Sharing Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, among the Holders of Guaranteed Obligations and the Agent, as acknowledged by the Grantor and certain of its affiliates.
