Collateral Trustee definition

Collateral Trustee has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Collateral Trustee means U.S. Bank National Association, in its capacity as Collateral Trustee under the Collateral Trust Agreement, together with its successors in such capacity.

Collateral Trustee means Wilmington Trust, National Association and its successors and assigns as Collateral Trustee pursuant to the Collateral Trust Agreement.

• No failure to exercise and no delay in exercising, on the part of the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, the Collateral Trustee or any Lender, any right, remedy, power or privilege hereunder or under the other Credit Documents shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, remedy, power or privilege hereunder preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, remedy, power or privilege.

Collateral Trustee means The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., in its capacity as Collateral Trustee under the Collateral Trust Agreement, together with its successors in such capacity.
