Collected Revenue definition
Collected Revenue means all collections of the Company for services rendered by or on behalf of the Company, less refunds and/or repayments and a 3% billing and collections fee, that the Company must make in connection with such collections.
Collected Revenue shall be defined herein as charges billed by LCI for LCI Services (as set forth in Exhibit "A") actually sold by Representative at the time such Commissions are owed, excluding LCI Services subsequently sold to Existing Customers or ACN-Sold Customers by LCI or any other third party, and excluding any promotional (or other) credits granted by LCI, taxes, installation charges, surcharges (with the exception of the per minute surcharge for LCI 800 Geographic Routine Service, non-revenue based per call surcharges associated with the use of LCI credit cards, and similar surcharges), subscription fees paid to third parties or passed-through from third parties, local loops, or sales to "Existing Customers" (as defined herein in Section 13(a)) for same or similar type of service (collectively referred to as the "Adjustments"). Collected Revenue shall include Collected Revenue from the National Exchange Carrier Association ("NECA") and the United States Independent Telephone Company Organization ("USINTELCO") regions only to the extent that Collected Revenue therefrom does not exceed [**********] of the total Collected Revenue per month. Representative will not be paid commissions on any NECA and USINTELCO revenue exceeding [****************]. Collected Revenue will also include the revenue from ACN-Sold Customers signed up for LCI Services initially and exclusively by Representative or Representative Independent Contractors but subsequently converted by LCI to another LCI Service listed in Exhibit "A". In the event that an ACN-Sold Customer is converted to a service, offering or promotion not identified on Exhibit "A" or subscribes to any additional service, offering, or promotion, the parties shall mutually agree in writing on the commission rate, if any, for the new LCI offering or promotion and Exhibit "G" or "J" (depending on the date) shall be amended accordingly. LCI may pay commissions based on billed revenue less the Adjustments and allowance for Bad Debt (as defined below). If LCI elects this method, the limitations stated above with respect to NECA and USINTELCO shall apply, and the revenue for converted LCI accounts originally and exclusively sold by Representative shall also be included. "Bad Debt" is defined as four percent (4%) of billed revenue as of the effective date of this Agreement and, once determinable by LCI, the actual ACN uncollectables and local exchange carrier (LEC) holdbacks based on a representative sampling of a majority of the ANIs...
Collected Revenue is defined as the revenues collected during the prior month relating to the Customers, including, without limitation, the administration fees, commissions and overrides. Collected Revenues shall be adjusted to exclude all amounts that represent any increased administration fees, commissions, or other items of income arising after the Transfer Data. GRI shall use best efforts to collect all revenues on a timely basis. The parties acknowledge and agree that the Maximum Purchase Price is based on August 1999 billed revenues attributable to the Customers and the Customer Agreement, multiplied by twelve (12), with the result thereof multiplied by .78125. Prior to any default in payment being declared hereunder by DGA, DGA shall first (1st) give GRI written notice of the failure to make such payment and GRI shall have ten (10) day following receipt of such notice within which to remit payment.

Manager will report to Sprint PCS monthly the amount of Collected Revenue received directly by the Manager (e.g., customer mails payment to the business address of Manager rather than to the lockbox or a customer pays a direct sales force representative in cash).

More Definitions of Collected Revenue
Collected Revenue shall have the meaning in Section 1.3(b)(iv).
Collected Revenue means, during any Applicable Period, the aggregate amount of revenues received by the Companies or any of their respective Affiliates (collectively, the “Providers”) pursuant to any on-▇▇▇▇ billing arrangements existing as of the date hereof or entered into after the date hereof (each such on-▇▇▇▇ arrangement, together with the other terms and conditions contained in the agreement, setting forth such arrangement, a “Billing Arrangement” and, collectively, the “Billing Arrangements”) between any of the Providers and any affiliate of American Water that owns and operates regulated water and wastewater utilities (the “AWK Subsidiaries”). For the purposes of clarity, “Collected Revenue” shall be calculated without taking into account (a) any fees or other amounts payable by any Providers to the AWK Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of any of the Billing Arrangements, (b) any amounts paid by customers of any of the AWK Subsidiaries for any Taxes, (c) any revenues refunded to customers of the Providers, (d) any late fees, penalties or interest, and (e) with respect to the first Applicable Period, any revenues received with respect to any period prior to the date hereof.
Collected Revenue means the fees paid to NWDS by Referred End-Users for Client Software; Excluded items include: Client software development and customization performed by NWDS; and Recurring annual license fees (where applicable). All payments will be made within 30 days following the end of each calendar quarter, during which the amount owed is greater than US$250. NWDS may amend the commission rate at any time, upon 60 days notice to Reseller and upon reaching a mutual agreement. All commissions shall be paid in US dollars.

Usage Commissions shall be payable only during the term of this Agreement and a maximum of twenty-four (24) months following termination provided that this Agreement is terminated by LCI pursuant to Section 11.a. or Section 11.b.i.) hereof. If, in any month, disconnects of ANI's sold within 30 days by Representative meet or exceed 15% of active ANI's sold within 30 days by Representative and if, after written notification to Representative of such unacceptable Disconnect Percentage, Representative fails to meet the established Disconnect Percentage standard in the thirty days following such notice, LCI may, at its sole discretion, take any one or all of the following actions: reduce Usage Commissions or terminate this Agreement without further liability hereunder (such termination shall be deemed to occur pursuant to Section 11.b.ii.) of this Agreement). LCI may change the Disconnect Percentage up to two (2) times in any twelve (12) month period upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Representative. Collected Revenue means the total amount of funds actually received by IMPV from contractors directly from and as a result of the Contractor Matching Operation performed by ***** during a weekly period from Monday to Sunday.
Collected Revenue is defined as interexchange toll and line charges actually collected by LCI relating to the Services sold by Representative (excluding taxes, installation charges and local loops). Commissions set forth in Exhibit's B and C under "Level J Commissions" shall be payable only during the term of this Agreement provided that if this Agreement is terminated by LCI pursuant to Section 11.A., Representative shall receive commissions set forth in Exhibit B under "Level II Commissions" for any customer sold by Representative for each month such customer remains with LCI up to a maximum of twenty-four (24) months following termination of this Agreement. LCI, at its sole option, may pay commissions based on billed revenue, however in such event, LCI reserves the right to compare Collected Revenue to billed revenue and chargeback Representative the difference in commissions. The last month's payment of commissions may be withheld by LCI for up to three (3) months so that a final "true up" may be performed by LCI. LCI reserves the right to set off from commissions any amount due to LCI by Representative.
Collected Revenue means gross collections of all revenues generated by or on behalf of the PC at the Desert Office, including, but not limited to, all fees and charges collected as a result of professional orthodontic services furnished to patients by the PC at the Desert Office and for any other goods or services sold or provided to such patients, net of any refunds. For purposes of this subsection (c) "production" shall mean the sum of all new contracts entered into during the preceding twelve months, plus all one time fees and charges collected as a result of professional orthodontic services furnished to patients by the PC at the Desert Office, plus any net adjustments to such amounts during such period.
