Collection Account Control Agreement definition

Collection Account Control Agreement means that certain collection account control agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among Administrative Agent, Seller and Bank, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Collection Account Control Agreement means that certain Collection Account Control Agreement, to be entered into by and among the Borrower, the Lender and Bank, with respect to the Collection Account, in form and substance acceptable to the Lender and the Borrower, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Collection Account Control Agreement means the collection account control agreement to be entered into by Buyer, Seller and the Control Bank in form and substance acceptable to Buyer to be entered into with respect to the Collection Account as of the date hereof.

Collection Account Control Agreement means each agreement, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, among the Borrower, the Servicer, the Administrative Agent and a Collection Account Bank, governing the terms of the related Collection Accounts that provides the Administrative Agent with control within the meaning of the UCC over the deposit accounts subject to such agreement, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
