Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).
Collection Account Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit VI among Originator, Seller, the Agent and a Collection Bank.
Collection Account Control Agreement means that certain Collection Account Control Agreement, to be entered into by and among the Borrower, the Lender and Bank, with respect to the Collection Account, in form and substance acceptable to the Lender and the Borrower, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Transaction Account means a cash account established and maintained by Repo Custodian for the Funds to effect repurchase transactions pursuant to the Master Agreement.
Distribution Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.
Master Servicer Collection Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.02, which shall be denominated "Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. as Master Servicer for HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee f/b/o holders of Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Mortgage Investors, Inc., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, MANA Series 2007-OAR4 - Master Servicer Collection Account." The Master Servicer Collection Account shall be an Eligible Account.
Collection Account Bank means any of the banks or other financial institutions holding one or more Collection Accounts.
Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.
Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.
Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.
U.S. Reportable Account means a Financial Account maintained by a Reporting [FATCA Partner] Financial Institution and held by one or more Specified U.S. Persons or by a Non-U.S. Entity with one or more Controlling Persons that is a Specified U.S. Person. Notwithstanding the foregoing, an account shall not be treated as a U.S. Reportable Account if such account is not identified as a U.S. Reportable Account after application of the due diligence procedures in Annex I.
Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.
Disbursement Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.
Seller Account shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
Concentration Account Agreement as defined in subsection 4.16(b).
Deposit Account Agreement means the Deposit Account Agreement and Disclosure, as may be amended from time to time, issued by the Custodian and available on the Custodian’s internet customer portal, “xx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx”.
Servicing Accounts The account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.08.
Servicer Custodial Account The separate Eligible Account or Accounts created and maintained by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.08(b).
Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).
Collections Account has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.01(a) hereof.
Seller’s Account means such account as the Seller may specify to the Guarantor from time to time;
Securities Account Control Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
