Collection Date definition

Collection Date means the date on which the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Advances have been repaid in full and all Interest and fees and all other Obligations (other than contingent indemnification and reimbursement obligations which are unknown, unmatured and/or for which no claim giving rise thereto has been asserted) have been paid in full, and the Borrower shall have no further right to request any additional Advances.
Collection Date. The date following the Termination Date on which the Aggregate Unpaids have been reduced to zero and indefeasibly paid in full.

Collection Date. The date on which the Obligations have been irrevocably paid in full in accordance with Section 2.3(b) and Section 2.7 or 2.8, as applicable, and the Commitments have been irrevocably terminated in full pursuant to Section 2.3(a) or as a result of the end of the Reinvestment Period.
