Collection Fees definition

Collection Fees. If this note is placed with a legal representative for collection, then Borrower agrees to pay an attorney's fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the voluntary balance. This fee will be added to the unpaid balance of the loan.
Collection Fees means the fees incurred by MX, and payable by the Buyer, in MX picking up the Dairy Product and delivering the Dairy Product to the Buyer.
Collection Fees means any fees or charges payable to a Collection Agent in connection with its servicing or collection efforts with respect to any Delinquent Loan or Charged Off Loan.

Collection Fees. Means the Collection Fees as described in the Rental Contract.
