Collection Service means a service that provides for collection of solid waste or recyclables or both, as described in ORS 459 and 459A.

  • The City may temporarily suspend the operation of the Solid Waste Collection Service of Franchisee or close or otherwise restrict the use of Public Rights-of-Way in the event of a public emergency or calamity as determined in the City’s sole discretion.

Collection Service means any person who engages in, or attempts to engage in, the collection of delinquent accounts, bills or other forms of indebtedness irrespective of whether the person engaging in or attempting to engage in collection activity has received the indebtedness by assignment or whether the indebtedness was purchased by the person engaging in, or attempting to engage in, the collection activity.
