Working conditions are determined by Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and this document does not change any terms of employment, as any such changes would need to be bargained.
The Fund will be funded solely from Union dues contributed by employees who perform work under this Agreement or under other Collective Bargaining Agreements with the Union.
