Colocation Services definition

Colocation Services means those Services set forth under any Service Order Form under which UnitedLayer provides space for Customer’s Equipment.
Colocation Services means any of the Services specified in the Colocation Services Schedule or relevant Ordering Documents that Customer has the right to access and use remotely.

More Definitions of Colocation Services

Colocation Services has the meaning set out in the Colocation Service Schedule which is made available by 2degrees to the Customer. › Complex Service Requests means a request that involves specialised design activities to be undertaken to fulfil the request.
Colocation Services means a collective reference to the Colocation Space together with associated power, cooling and other services to be provided by Switch pursuant to a Service Order (exclusive of Carrier Services). “Carrier Services” means a collective reference to internet, transport and other services provided by one or more third party telecommunications carriers (each a “Carrier”) which are resold to Customer by Switch or procured directly by Customer. “Customer Equipment” means the computer equipment, software, hardware and other materials placed by or for Customer in the Colocation Space, other than Switch equipment. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meaning provided in the Service Order.
Colocation Services means any services Contractor provides to the State for the Colocation Space (exclusive of Carrier Services and Smart Hands Services).
Colocation Services means providing: (a) access and use rights to specified portions of the Company Data Centers to enable customers to locate and operate their Customer Colocation Equipment therein; (b) access to electrical power necessary to operate such Customer Colocation Equipment; (c) connectivity of such Customer Colocation Equipment to external communication networks; and (d) related ancillary services requested by such customers in connection with the installation and use of their Customer Colocation Equipment, the connection of such Customer Colocation Equipment to power sources or external communications networks, and maintaining or optimizing the operation or performance of such Customer Colocation Equipment.
Colocation Services means the provision of space, power, cooling, and physical security for the Customer's servers and other equipment within the Provider's data center facility, as well as any additional services specified in an Order. The following is a list of available Colocation Services. Additional Services may be added only by entering a new Order including those Services. Colocation Services Provider shall provide Client with the following colocation services at the Provider's Data Center Facility ("Colocation Services"): • Provision of secure, environmentally controlled rack space for the installation of Customer Equipment; • Power supply and backup power; • Cooling and temperature control; • Fire suppression and detection systems; and • Physical security, including access control and video surveillance. Managed Services In addition to the Colocation Services, Provider shall provide Client with the following managed services ("Managed Services"): • 24/7 monitoring and alerting of Customer Equipment; • Regular maintenance, including firmware and software updates; • Remote hands services, including reboots, hardware installations, and troubleshooting; • Network management and optimization; • Incident response and resolution; and • Any additional services agreed upon by the Parties in writing. Grant of License Provider hereby grants to Client the right and non-exclusive and non-sublicensable license to install, operate and maintain the computer and related communications equipment identified in the Order. The License is granted for the Term of this Service Attachment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Provider reserves the right to relocate, change or otherwise substitute replacement space in the above-identified datacenter for the space originally allocated to Client at any time during the Term hereof, provided that the replacement space is substantially similar in size and configuration to the original space, and provided further that Provider shall provide Client with sixty (60) days’ prior written notice of such change. In the event that Client experiences any degradation in the quality of the Services as a result of any such re-allocation, change or substitution, Client may terminate this Service Attachment upon thirty (30) days’ advance, written notice, provided that Provider is unable to remediate any such degradation following its receipt of such notice.
