Comfort Letter definition

Comfort Letter has the meaning given to that term in subsection 6.1(k)(i) hereto;
Comfort Letter has the meaning given thereto in Section 8(p) hereof;
Comfort Letter has the meaning specified in Section 3 hereof.

More Definitions of Comfort Letter

Comfort Letter means the letter dated 25 March 2010 from the Project Sponsor to the Borrower;
