Coming Soon and/or “expired” pages may contain advertisements and other materials selected by the Company, in the Company’s sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to third-party websites, third-party product and service offerings, and/or Internet search engines. The Company reserves the right to collect and retain all revenue obtained from such advertising and other materials.
Coming Soon. PURPOSE: The purpose of a coming soon listing is to allow a designation for those properties that are listed but that require more time to prepare for market, while still informing other participants and subscribers of the listing during the marketing and showing preparation period.

If seller desires to limit or prohibit Internet advertising as set forth above, seller must complete an opt-out form in accordance with listing service rules. Coming Soon. A Listing Agreement and Coming Soon Seller Authorization has been signed between the broker/agent and seller but the property is not yet ready for sale, but will be within 10 calendar days of the seller’s signature. This allows a property to be secured with a listing agreement and coming soon addendum while not available for showings or sale until the designated “Showing Start Date”.
