Coming Soon and/or “expired” pages may contain advertisements and other materials selected by the Company, in the Company’s sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to third-party websites, third-party product and service offerings, and/or Internet search engines. The Company reserves the right to collect and retain all revenue obtained from such advertising and other materials.
Coming Soon. PURPOSE: The purpose of a coming soon listing is to allow a designation for those properties that are listed but that require more time to prepare for market, while still informing other participants and subscribers of the listing during the marketing and showing preparation period.
Coming Soon means a listing with a valid listing agreement that is not ready for an Active status in the MLS until a specified On-Market Date.

  • Seller must initial one of the termsfollowing options: (1) for utilizing “active marketing” "Active Marketing" described in (1) or the “coming soon”Option 1 below (2), utilizing the "Coming Soon" status in (2)described in Option 2 below, or (3) utilizing the Unpublished Listing (Office Exclusive) status described in Option 3 below.
