Commencement Date Conditions. (b) Initial Service Term; Service Term: The “Initial Service Term” hereunder is approximately 120 months, commencing on the earlier of the Service Commencement Date with respect to the 2nd Floor Colocation Space and the Service Commencement Date with respect to the 1st Floor Colocation Space and expiring on the Initial Service Term Expiration Date.
