Commercial Agreements definition

Commercial Agreements means all or any Agreement or Agreements with any third party including but not limited to broadcasting, media, sponsorship, marketing, merchandising, licensing and advertising, for the general promotion of each or any of the Clubs in the Competition and the Company, and which have the object of promoting the welfare and general commercial interest and increasing the financial resources of each of the Clubs, the Company and the Competition.
Commercial Agreements means the agreements entered into by the Parties or the members of their respective Groups (but as to which no Third Party is a party) set forth on Schedule 1.1(a).
Commercial Agreements means definitive agreements prepared pursuant to Section 5.21 memorializing the terms contained in the Commercial Term Sheets.

Commercial Agreements means, collectively, the contracts with Customers that relate to oil field services and related activities and to ancillary, supplementary and complementary lines of business and that provide any source of Revenue.
