An operating permit is required for all new holding tanks, Type III, Type IV, Type V, Commercial Establishments, and MSTS.
The Operator shall not authorize or permit the exhibition of the Channel(s) or any portion of the Channel(s) at any place where admission for exhibition of the Channel(s) is charged i.e. any place defined to form a part of the "Commercial Establishments" as defined in clause 1.14.
