Commercial Judgment definition

Commercial Judgment means assessments of risk (such as in lending, taking security or insurance underwriting), and assessments of financial and commercial criteria or of the character of a Customer.
Commercial Judgment means the reasonable commercial discretion exercised in good faith based on an event, condition or circumstance either (i) arising after the Effective Date or (ii) existing on the date hereof to the extent the Agent has no written record thereof received from the Parent or ATI prior to the Effective Date.
Commercial Judgment means the reasonable commercial discretion exercised in good faith based on an event, condition or circumstance either (i) arising after the Effective Date or (ii) existing on the date hereof to the extent the Agent has not been notified thereof in writing by any Credit Party prior to the Effective Date.
