Commercial Lot definition
Commercial Lot means and refer to any Lot so designated upon any recorded subdivision plat of The Properties, or as may be so designated by this Declaration, or any Supplemental Declaration.

More Definitions of Commercial Lot
Commercial Lot means a Lot that is zoned for, or contains, or is proposed to contain a commercial, industrial, institutional or multi-family development.
