Commercial Manager means Top Tanker Management Inc. of Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Marshall Islands MN 96960 or any other person appointed b▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ written consent of the Agent as commercial manager of the Ship and includes its successors in title;
