Commercial Mortgage Loans definition

Commercial Mortgage Loans means those mortgage loans which, pursuant to the MEF Decree, are secured over a property destined to commercial or office use and located in an Eligible State.
Commercial Mortgage Loans means Mortgage Loans secured by commercial property.
Commercial Mortgage Loans means whole commercial loans meeting the requirements set forth in Section 4.4 which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall not include any participation interest.
