Commercial Operations Date definition

Commercial Operations Date or "COD": The date on which Facility first achieves Commercial Operations.
Commercial Operations Date bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 1 of the Power Purchase Agreement;
Commercial Operations Date means the date falling one day after the day on which the Project is commissioned to operate on a commercial basis.

Commercial Operations Date or “COD” means the date when the Concessionaire begins commercial operations of the Processing Facility pursuant to issuance of Operational Acceptance Certificate by the Authority;
