Commercial Paper Dealers definition

Commercial Paper Dealers means Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and such other commercial paper dealer or dealers as the Corporation may from time to time appoint, or, in lieu of any thereof, their respective affiliates or successors.

Commercial Paper Dealers means Lehman Commercial Paper Incorporated, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated or, in lieu of any thereof, their respective affiliates or successors, if such entity is a commercial paper dealer.

Commercial Paper Dealers means UBS Warburg LLC and such other commercial paper dealer or dealers as the Trust may from time to time appoint or, in lieu thereof, their respective affiliates or successors.

Examples of Commercial Paper Dealers in a sentence

• If one of the Commercial Paper Dealers does not quote a rate required to determine the "AA" Composite Commercial Paper Rate, the "AA" Composite Commercial Paper Rate will be determined on the basis of the quotation or quotations furnished by any Substitute Commercial Paper Dealer or Substitute Commercial Paper Dealers selected by the Trust to provide such rate or rates not being supplied by the Commercial Paper Dealer.

• If one of the Commercial Paper Dealers does not quote a rate required to determine the “AA” Composite Commercial Paper Rate, the “AA” Composite Commercial Paper Rate will be determined on the basis of the quotation or quotations furnished by any Substitute Commercial Paper Dealer or Substitute Commercial Paper Dealers selected by the Trust to provide such rate or rates not being supplied by the Commercial Paper Dealer.

• If one of the Commercial Paper Dealers does not quote a rate required to determine the "AA" Composite Commercial Paper Rate, the "AA" Composite Commercial Paper Rate will be determined on the basis of the quotation or quotations furnished by any Substitute Commercial Paper Dealer or Substitute Commercial Paper Dealers selected by the Corporation to provide such rate or rates not being supplied by the Commercial Paper Dealer.

• If the Fund does not select any such substitute Commercial Paper Dealer or substitute Commercial Paper Dealers, then the rates shall be supplied by the remaining Commercial Paper Dealer or Commercial Paper Dealers.

• If the Company does not select any such Substitute Commercial Paper Dealer or Substitute Commercial Paper Dealers, then the rates shall be supplied by the remaining Commercial Paper Dealer or Commercial Paper Dealers.

Commercial Paper Dealers means (1) UBS Securities LLC and such other commercial paper dealer or dealers as the Fund may from time to time appoint; (2) in lieu of any thereof, its respective affiliate or successor; and (3) in the event that any of the foregoing shall cease to quote rates for commercial paper of issuers of the sort described above, in substitution therefor, a nationally recognized dealer in commercial paper of such issuers then making such quotations selected by the Trust; and (B) “Interest Equivalent” of a rate stated on a discount basis for commercial paper of a given number of days’ maturity shall mean a number equal to the quotient (rounded upward to the next higher one-thousandth (0.001) of 1%) of (1) such rate expressed as a decimal, divided by (2) the difference between (x) 1.00 and (y) a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the product of such rate expressed as a decimal, multiplied by the number of days in which such commercial paper shall mature and the denominator of which shall be 360.
