Commercial Paper Mode definition

Commercial Paper Mode means a Rate Mode in which a Multi-Modal Bond for its Commercial Paper Rate Period bears interest at a Commercial Paper Rate.
Commercial Paper Mode means each period of time, comprised of Commercial Paper Periods, during which Commercial Paper Rates are in effect.
Commercial Paper Mode means the mode during which Bonds of a Series bear interest at a Commercial Paper Rate.

Examples of Commercial Paper Mode in a sentence

  • During a Commercial Paper Mode, each Bond will bear interest during the Commercial Paper Period for such Bond at the Commercial Paper Rate for such Bond.

  • The Borrower may substitute a Credit Facility for any Credit Facility then in effect; provided that no such substitution may be made with respect to the Bonds during any Commercial Paper Mode, Fixed Rate Mode, Indexed Mode or Term Rate Mode then applicable with respect to the Bonds.

  • During any such transition period, Bonds bearing interest at a Commercial Paper Rate shall be governed by the provisions of this Indenture applicable to a Commercial Paper Mode and Bonds bearing interest at a Daily Rate, Weekly Rate, Long-Term Interest Rate, Auction Mode Rate or Index Rate, as applicable, shall be governed by the provisions of this Indenture applicable to such Determination Methods.


More Definitions of Commercial Paper Mode

Commercial Paper Mode means the Mode during which the Bonds or any subseries bear interest at the Commercial Paper Rate.
Commercial Paper Mode means, with respect to a Series of Variable Rate Bonds, the Mode during which the Variable Rate Bonds of such Series bear interest at a Commercial Paper Rate.
Commercial Paper Mode and “Commercial Paper Rate” have the respective meanings stated in Section 1.01 of the Bond Indenture.
Commercial Paper Mode means a Rate Mode in which a Series 2009 Bond for its respective Commercial Paper Rate Period bears interest at a Commercial Paper Rate.
