Commercial Parcel definition

Commercial Parcel shall have the meaning given such term in Section 10.4C hereof.
Commercial Parcel means a Parcel located within the PID which has been designated at the time of the adoption of the initial Improvement Area #1 Assessment Roll and approval of this SAP for the future development of commercial uses such as, but not limited to, office buildings, retail shopping centers, and multi-family residential projects.
Commercial Parcel means any portion of the Property shown on the Plat as commercial land or otherwise designated by Developer for commercial or business use, whether improved or unimproved.

Examples of Commercial Parcel in a sentence

  • Developer shall convey the New Waterway Areas to the City as they are completed and certified during development of the Residential Parcels and Commercial Parcel, to occur no later than issuance of the first Certificate of Occupancy for a residential unit in Pod A.

  • City acknowledges and agrees that the above referenced entrance sign shall in no way limit or otherwise restrict the signage permitted by the City’s Code of Ordinances for the Commercial Parcel.

  • Developer shall also submit site plan applications for the Residential Parcels and Commercial Parcel prior to issuance of any permits or commencement of construction.

More Definitions of Commercial Parcel

Commercial Parcel means a Tax Parcel of Benefited Property that is not a Residential Parcel or a Government Parcel.
Commercial Parcel means any portion of the Community primarily intended for retail, office or other non-residential use. While it is contemplated that portions of what will be commonly known as Sundance are to be developed for commercial purposes, such properties may or may not necessarily be subjected to this Declaration and instead: (i) may be owned, operated and administered completely separate and apart from the Community, and/or (ii) easements or other joint- use agreements may be entered into with the Community Association in lieu of being subjected to this Declaration and its owners becoming members of the Community Association. Nothing in this Declaration or otherwise shall require any Commercial Parcel to be subjected to this Declaration.
Commercial Parcel means a Taxable Parcel on which any type of business activity that does not involve the manufacturing, processing or production of goods, or a specifically identified industrial use is capable of being conducted, including, hospitals, hotels, motels, golf course parcels with improvements, trailer parks with temporary structures, mortuary, mausoleum, churches, meeting halls, gyms, library, school, improved taxable government-owned property, parking facilities, automotive garage, tanks, auto sales and services, office buildings, medical, dental, animal hospital, shopping center, grocery and drug stores, car wash, restaurant, bowling alley, theater, radio and T.V. stations, banks, recreational camps, and any other miscellaneous business not constituting an Industrial Business, regardless of whether the business is currently in operation.
Commercial Parcel means the Parcel or Parcels designated on the Conceptual Master Plan as "commercial" and shall include structures, grounds and related facilities.
Commercial Parcel means and refer to those portions of the Property upon which commercial Improvements have been or are to be constructed.
Commercial Parcel means one or more Commercial Parcels as described this Residential Declaration.
Commercial Parcel shall have the meaning set forth in Recital M, above.
