Developer shall convey the New Waterway Areas to the City as they are completed and certified during development of the Residential Parcels and Commercial Parcel, to occur no later than issuance of the first Certificate of Occupancy for a residential unit in Pod A.
City acknowledges and agrees that the above referenced entrance sign shall in no way limit or otherwise restrict the signage permitted by the City’s Code of Ordinances for the Commercial Parcel.
