Commercial Products has the meaning given to it in Section 5.4(i).

Commercial Products means all commercial products and suites offered by Altiris for sale on its current price list (attached hereto as Exhibit H), and any future commercial products as mutually agreed between the parties.

More Definitions of Commercial Products

Commercial Products shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

Commercial Products means the IXINITY product and any other commercial products developed or in-licensed by the Borrowers in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Commercial Products means any products or services incorporating Joint Technology or Derivative Works.
