Commercial Products definition

Commercial Products means all products from Supplier listed in Schedule “A” and all additions, substitutions and deletions to the Schedule from time to time occurring during the Term of this Agreement and a Commercial Product means any one of them;

Commercial Products has the meaning given to it in Section 5.4(i).

Commercial Products. Commercial Products" shall mean all commercial products and suites offered by Altiris for sale on its current price list (attached hereto as Exhibit H), and any future commercial products as mutually agreed between the parties.

More Definitions of Commercial Products

Commercial Products means pharmaceutical products that are produced during commercial product contracts;
