Commercial Proposal definition

Commercial Proposal means those portions of the Proposal to be submitted in Envelope One as set out in PART CFORM OF PROPOSAL;
Commercial Proposal means a set of dedicated commercial conditions provided to a given Customer which refers to Specific Conditions.
Commercial Proposal means a written document in digital form issued by Supplier to Client describing a Supplier’s offer to Client for the Software, the Associated Software Services and the Parties.

More Definitions of Commercial Proposal

Commercial Proposal means the documents and/or any other information which describes the functionality of the Services and the relevant economic conditions Services;
