Commercial Work definition

Commercial Work means any Repertoire Work other than:
Commercial Work means each Musical Work the copyright in which is owned or controlled in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland by MCPS (or an MCPS member or an affiliated society or an affiliated society member) but excluding:
Commercial Work means any Repertoire Work other than a PMSR (where PMSR includes, for these purposes any Musical Work embodied on that PMSR).

More Definitions of Commercial Work

Commercial Work means each Musical Work to the extent the relevant copyright is owned or controlled, from time to time, by MCPS by virtue of its agreements with its members and affiliated societies, but excluding Production Music Works. If one or more of those who own or control the copyright in a relevant Musical Work is not MCPS, the expression “Commercial Work” shall only apply to such interest in the Musical Work as is owned or controlled by MCPS.
