Commercialisation Plan definition

Commercialisation Plan the plan for the Commercialisation of the Product in the Territory (including Marketing Studies) to be generated by Almirall under the provisions of Clause 5.2.
Commercialisation Plan means a plan of action to commercialise Background and/or Foreground IPRs agreed between the Enterprise Fellow and the Host Institution’s Commercialisation Office, TTO or equivalent. The commercialisation plan will include the actions to be undertaken by the Enterprise Fellow in line with the Fellowship requirements (such as creating a business plan) with appropriate input and support from the Host Institution’s Commercialisation Office, TTO or equivalent. The plan will be revised and updated during the quarterly meetings between the Enterprise Fellow and the Host Institution’s Commercialisation Office, TTO or equivalent to reflect the unfolding best route to market.
Commercialisation Plan means the comprehensive plan and overall strategy, and any updates thereto, and consolidated budget for the Commercialisation of the Antibody Products to be prepared pursuant to Article 5.8.

  • Oncoscience shall be responsible for the development and commercialisation (in accordance with the Development and Commercialisation Plan) of the Licensed Product in the Oncoscience Field and Territory.

More Definitions of Commercialisation Plan

Commercialisation Plan means a detailed, annual, consolidated plan for the Commercialisation of the Product by the Parties (including the Dermira Commercial Activities) in the Promotion Territory in the Promotion Indication and the Development Indication, as applicable. Commercialisation Plan, as used in this Agreement, shall be deemed to include the plans contained therein to the extent applicable the Commercialisation of the Product by the Parties in the Promotion Territory in the Promotion Indication and the Development Indication, including but not limited to, and to the extent applicable to the same, Local Dermira Commercial Plans and, in relation to the Product in the Development Indication, a Launch Plan.

Commercialisation Plan means the plan required to be developed and delivered in accordance with clauses 4.2 and 4.3 of this Schedule 2. Commercialise or Commercialisation in relation to Relevant Intellectual Property means: the use, research, development, testing, manufacture or exploitation of; the creation or development of a product, good, process, treatment or service incorporating or based on; the transfer, assignment, sale, hire or disposal of; the granting of a licence (including any sublicence) for the exclusive or non-exclusive use of; or any other transaction or arrangement dealing with (including via trust), that Relevant Intellectual Property (whether in whole or in part).
Commercialisation Plan means the summary Commercialisation plan referred to in Clause 4.16.
