Commercialisation Plan means a plan of action to commercialise Background and/or Foreground IPRs agreed between the Enterprise Fellow and the Host Institution’s Commercialisation Office, TTO or equivalent. The commercialisation plan will include the actions to be undertaken by the Enterprise Fellow in line with the Fellowship requirements (such as creating a business plan) with appropriate input and support from the Host Institution’s Commercialisation Office, TTO or equivalent. The plan will be revised and updated during the quarterly meetings between the Enterprise Fellow and the Host Institution’s Commercialisation Office, TTO or equivalent to reflect the unfolding best route to market.
Commercialisation Plan means the comprehensive plan and overall strategy, and any updates thereto, and consolidated budget for the Commercialisation of the Antibody Products to be prepared pursuant to Article 5.8.

Commercialisation Plan means a detailed, annual, consolidated plan for the Commercialisation of the Product by the Parties (including the Dermira Commercial Activities) in the Promotion Territory in the Promotion Indication and the Development Indication, as applicable. Commercialisation Plan means the plan specifying the approach to be adopted with respect to the Commercialisation of Project IP as set out in Item 12 of the Project Plan. Commercialise in relation to IPR, means technology transfer and take-up and use of research outputs, including for commercial purposes, which includes the manufacture, sale, hire or other exploitation of a product or process, or the provision of a service, incorporating the IPR, or licensing of any third party to do any of those things, or otherwise licensing or assigning the IPR, regardless of whether any revenue is generated or intended to be generated. Commercialisation has a corresponding meaning. Commonwealth means the Commonwealth of Australia.
