Commercialization Budget definition

Commercialization Budget means the budget of Commercialization Costs set forth in the Commercialization Plan to be incurred by the Parties in connection with the performance of the Commercialization Plan.
Commercialization Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.
Commercialization Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2 hereof.

  • Alimera shall provide an initial draft Commercialization Budget to CDS on the Amendment Effective Date.

More Definitions of Commercialization Budget

Commercialization Budget means the annual budget for the Commercialization Program for a Product.
Commercialization Budget means the budget of Commercialization Costs established by the JSC covering all Commercialization activities in the [***] set forth in the approved [***] portion of the [***] or the approved [***], as applicable, as such budget may be updated and approved by the JSC, from year to year.

Commercialization Budget means the budget for activities within the Commercialization Plan for conducting Commercialization activities with respect to Product in the Field in the Territory established on a Calendar Year basis by Sanofi for review and approval by the JAC.
Commercialization Budget means the budget for Commercialization activities that is included within each Commercialization Plan, as such budget may be amended or updated from time to time in accordance with Section 2.6. The Commercialization Budget shall be updated on a yearly basis.
