Commission Contracts definition

Commission Contracts mean those agreements for the sale and purchase of natural gas dated 30 September 1980, entered into by each Domgas Joint Venturer as seller and the State Energy Commission as buyer, as varied from time to time;
Commission Contracts means all Contracts pursuant to which the Company is obligated to pay commissions, overrides or other fees for the sale, issuance or production of In Force Insurance Contracts.

  • Concession Contract means a contract for pecuniary interest concluded in writing between one or more economic operators and one or more contracting authorities within the meaning of Articles 168 and 172, in order to entrust the execution of works or the provision and management of services to an economic operator (the ‘concession’).
