The Parties agree and acknowledge that, unless otherwise approved in writing by NRZ Brokerage, the Commissions set forth herein are based upon a cumulative commission paid from the sale of any Subject REO Referral of the Standard Seller Commission Percentage, such total commissions being the prevailing market rate for REO brokerage services as of the date hereof.
