Commissioning Plan means a written plan developed by the Licensee and accepted by the Director of Gas Safety, including any variations accepted by the Director of Gas Safety from time to time, specifying the procedures and practices in accordance with which the Licensee will undertake the commissioning of the Pipeline, from completion of construction in accordance with contractual arrangements to satisfactory commencement of operations delivering natural gas to customers.

• Such Project Commissioning Plan shall be mutually agreed-upon by the Parties, each acting reasonably, no later than forty-five (45) Days after Owner’s receipt of Contractor’s proposed Project Commissioning Plan.

• Such operating and maintenance personnel shall be available for training as required pursuant to Section 3.5. • Pursuant to Section 4.4 of the Agreement, Contractor shall prepare and provide to Owner a detailed Project Commissioning Plan one hundred eighty (180) Days prior to RFSU.

Commissioning Plan means the commissioning plan and process Seller shall develop to ensure all Project components meet the requirements of this Agreement and the Performance Standard, including ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ Efficiency, ▇▇▇▇ Storage Capacity, and PV Plant Capacity.

Commissioning Plan means an overall plan that provides the structure, schedule and coordination of tasks in the commissioning process. The Commissioning Agent writes and updates the plan as construction progresses.
