Commitment Cap definition

Commitment Cap means, as to each Lender, the amount set opposite its name on Schedule 2.1 as such Lender’s “Commitment Cap” or in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Lender becomes a party hereto, as applicable, as such amount may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Commitment Cap means the amount that is the lesser of subsection (i) and (ii) herein. The value of the Properties shall be acceptable to Wachovia in its sole discretion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties acknowledge and agree that value of the Properties has not yet been determined by Wachovia and therefore, the $4,000,000.000 amount set forth in subsection (i) above may be adjusted prior to the Maturity Date.
