Commitment Effective Date definition

Commitment Effective Date means the first day of the first full month following the Commencement Date.

Commitment Effective Date means the date the conditions precedent set forth in Section 4.02 hereof are satisfied.

Commitment Effective Date means January 2, 2008; provided that all the condition is Section 4.01 have been satisfied (or waived).
