Commitment Increase Supplement definition

Commitment Increase Supplement as defined in subsection 2.20(c).

Commitment Increase Supplement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(c).

• Upon the execution and delivery of such Commitment Increase Supplement as provided above, and upon the satisfaction of such other conditions as the Administrative Agent may reasonably specify (including the delivery of certificates and legal opinions on behalf of the Company relating to the amendment and new Notes), this Agreement shall be deemed to be amended accordingly.
