Commitment Note definition

Commitment Note shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.
Commitment Note shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.1(b).
Commitment Note means the 5% promissory note in the principal amount of $100,000.00, attached as Exhibit C hereto, to be issued by the Company to the Investor as of the date hereof.
