Subject to the terms of this Section 10.1, any Lender may make an assignment to an assignee of, or sell participations in, at any time or times, the Debt Documents, its Commitment, Term Loans or any portion thereof or interest therein, including any Lender’s rights, title, interests, remedies, powers or duties thereunder.
This Agreement, and the City's participation in the Program, will automatically terminate, without the need for any action by either party hereto, at the end of the Commitment Term.
