Commitment Term definition

Commitment Term means the period from and including the Closing Date to but excluding the earlier of (a) the Commitment Termination Date and (b) the date on which the Commitments are terminated or reduced to zero in accordance with this Agreement.

Commitment Term means the period from and including the Series 2022-1 Closing Date to but excluding the earlier of (a) the Commitment Termination Date and (b) the date on which the Commitments are terminated or reduced to zero in accordance with the Series 2022-1 Class A-1 Note Purchase Agreement.

Commitment Term means the period of time from the Start Date to the last day of the period set forth on the Membership Details Form under “Commitment Term” with respect to each Individual Office Number, and which may be extended upon mutual agreement of the parties.

Examples of Commitment Term in a sentence

• The Commitment Term and all subsequent Renewals shall constitute the “Term.” This Agreement will continue until the expiration of the then effective Commitment Term or Renewal, or until earlier terminated in accordance with the terms hereof.

• The Membership Fee may also be subject to increase in conjunction with the entry into a Renewal, or new Commitment Term.

• The initial Commitment Term will commence on the Start Date and expire at the expiration of the period specified in the section entitled “Commitment Term” in the Membership Information Sheet.

More Definitions of Commitment Term

Commitment Term. That period of time commencing on the date hereof and continuing until the earlier of (i) October 31, 2003, and (ii) the date upon which the Obligations are declared to be, or become, due and payable in full in accordance with Article X or Section 5.02 of the Indenture.
