Committed Capacity definition

Committed Capacity means that portion of the Capacity that is required to meet the Capacity Entitlements of Access Holders;
Committed Capacity means that portion of the Capacity:
Committed Capacity or “CC” means the capacity in kW that the RF/QF commits to sell to DEF; the amount of which shall be determined in accordance with Section 7 and shall be greater than zero.

Examples of Committed Capacity in a sentence

  • For Contract Year 1 all Unit Capacity shall be Committed Capacity.

  • If Buyer exercises its right for the Extension Term, Buyer shall designate the amount of Committed Capacity in its notice of exercise for the Extension Term.

  • Upon restoration of the Unit to service, Buyer may designate such amount of the Unit's capacity as either Committed Capacity or Uncommitted Capacity.

  • On and after the date of such requested Committed Capacity Test, and until the completion of a subsequent Committed Capacity Test, the Committed Capacity shall be deemed as the lower of the tested capacity or the Committed Capacity as set forth in Section 5.1.

  • Subject to Section 5.3 the Committed Capacity shall be KW, delivery date no later than the in-service date of the Avoided Unit or as otherwise specified in Appendix E (the “Guaranteed Capacity Delivery Date”).


More Definitions of Committed Capacity

Committed Capacity means, for a month, the lesser of (i) ninety percent (90%) of the Available Capacity for such month, and (ii) the aggregate nominations for Committed Volumes for such month.
Committed Capacity has the meaning given to it in GC 4. “Confidential Information” has the meaning given to it in GC 24.1.
Committed Capacity means the Barrel per day capacity equal to the aggregate Committed Volumes pursuant to all TSAs in effect during the month of prorationing.
Committed Capacity means that portion of the Capacity that is required to meet the Capacity Entitlement of Operators;
Committed Capacity means the amount of the Unit Capacity designated as Committed Capacity in accordance with Section 4, as adjusted from time to time in accordance with Section 10.
Committed Capacity means the bpd capacity equal to the aggregate Committed Volumes pursuant to all Transportation Service Agreements (TSAs) in effect during the month of prorationing.
Committed Capacity means the pipeline capacity available for Committed Shippers and shall include up to 90% of total pipeline capacity.
