Committed Period definition

Committed Period means the Committed Period as defined in the Contract. "Contract" means the Small Print terms and conditions under which the Customer receives the equipment and/or services. "Customer" means the recipient of the services pursuant to the Contract. “Leased Line” means a dedicated, fixed-bandwidth, symmetrical data connection, utilising either ethernet (“Ethernet”), ethernet in the first mile ("EFM”), or ethernet over fibre-to-the-cabinet (“EoFTTC”). "Start Date" means the date upon which the Customer either signs the Contract or if the Customer has ordered equipment and/or services over the telephone or via the internet the date upon which the Customer agrees to the terms of the Contract. "Subsequent Contract Period" means the Subsequent Contract Period as defined in the Contract. “Year” means, in respect of each Service, each successive period of 12 calendar months within the Committed Period or Subsequent Contract Period (as the case may be), the firstsuch period beginning on the Connection Date.
Committed Period means a period during which neither party may terminate an Order Form for convenience, except as set forth in the Termination section above.
Committed Period means, in respect of each Service, the period of 12 calendar months (or if longer the number of calendar months specified overleaf) commencing on the date when both parties have executed the Order.

  • Renewals will be subject to the submission of a Purchase Order: i) If the Order Form is providing an Option Period or an Annual Period, the Purchase Order will be submitted for the first period and for each applicable renewal period thereafter ii) If the Order Form is providing a Committed Period, the first Purchase Order will be submitted for the Committed Period and for each applicable renewal period following the end of the Committed Period.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Venture will use best efforts to ensure such allocation will be based on the Forecast for the Committed Period.


More Definitions of Committed Period

Committed Period means the Term during which neither party may terminate the binding agreement for convenience.
Committed Period means in respect of each item of Equipment or SIM Card supplied the Committed Period of twenty four (24) calendar months (or if different the number of calendar months specified in the contract document that you sign or agree over the telephone) for which the Contract will run commencing on the Connection Date.
