Common Percentage definition

Common Percentage means, with respect to any Partner at any time, a fraction, expressed as a percentage: (i) the numerator of which is the number of Common Units owned by such Partner as of such time and (ii) the denominator of which is the aggregate number of Common Units owned by all of the Partners as of such time. The sum of the outstanding Common Percentages of all Partners shall at all times equal 100%.
Common Percentage means the common percentage established by the Commission in accordance with the first subparagraph of Article 59(2);
Common Percentage means, with respect to any Stockholder as of any date of determination, the quotient, expressed as a percentage, obtained by dividing the number of Common Stock owned by such Stockholder on such date on a Fully Diluted Basis by the sum total of all Common Stock outstanding on such date on a Fully Diluted Basis.

  • Such notice (i) may be given by the General Partner, in its discretion, at any time, or (ii) shall be given by the General Partner within fifteen (15) days after receipt from Limited Partners holding more than fifty percent (50%) of the Common Percentage Interests of the Limited Partners of a request for such meeting.

More Definitions of Common Percentage

Common Percentage means, with respect to each Stockholder and Optionholder, the amount expressed as a percentage equal to the number of shares of Common Stock (on an as-converted and as-exercised basis) held by such Stockholder or Optionholder entitled to receive Merger Consideration pursuant to Sections 2.2(a) and 2.4 of this Agreement divided by the aggregate amount of all shares of Common Stock (on an as-converted and as-exercised basis) entitled to receive Merger Consideration pursuant to Sections 2.2(a) and 2.4 of this Agreement.
Common Percentage is defined in Section 1.4(b).
Common Percentage means a fraction equal to quotient of (i) the number of VitalStream Common Shares issued and outstanding at the Effective Time and not owned by VitalStream, divided by (ii) the sum of (A) the number of VitalStream Common Shares issued an outstanding at the Effective Time and not owned by VitalStream, and (B) the number VitalStream Common Shares issuable upon exercise of all Options (whether or not vested) outstanding at the Effective Time. Common Percentage means for each Common Member the percentage set forth on Schedule A opposite that Member=s name. Each distribution shall be allocated as follows:
