Common Purposes definition

Common Purposes shall include the purposes of managing and maintaining the Premises, the Buildings and in particular the Common Portions, rendition of services in common to the Unit Owners, collection and disbursement of the Common Expenses and dealing with the matters of common interest of the Unit Owners and relating to their mutual rights and obligations for the beneficial use and enjoyment of their respective Units exclusively and the Common Portions in common.
Common Purposes means the purposes of managing maintaining up-keeping and security at the Project and in particular the Common Areas, Parking Spaces and Facilities, Amenities and Specifications, rendition of common services in common to the Co-owners, collection and disbursement of the Common Expenses and dealing with the matters of common interest of the Co-owners and relating to their mutual rights and obligations for the beneficial use and enjoyment of their respective Units exclusively and the Common Areas in common
Common Purposes means and include the purpose of managing, maintaining and up keeping the said Project as a whole in particular the Common Areas, Common Facilities and Amenities, rendition of common services in common to the Allottees, collection and disbursement of the Common Expenses and administering and dealing with the matters of common interest of the Allottees and relating to their mutual rights and obligations for the beneficial use and enjoyment of their respective Apartments exclusively and the Common Areas, Common Facilities and Amenities of the Building and the Project in common.

Examples of Common Purposes in a sentence

  • The salaries of and all other expenses on the staff to be employed for the Common Purposes (including bonus and other emoluments and benefits).

  • All other expenses and/or outgoings including litigation expenses as are incurred by the Builder and/or the Association for the Common Purposes.

  • Establishment and all other expenses of the Association or Maintenance Company (including its formation) and also similar expenses of the Builder or any agency looking after the Common Purposes until handing over the same to the Association excluded the commercial space and the area on the roof earmarked for the Commercial use.

Common Purposes means and include the purpose of managing, maintaining and up keeping the Common Areas and Service Installations, rendering common services in common to the Co-Allottee/s as described in Schedule “E”, collection of Common Costs and disbursement of the Common Expenses and administering and dealing with the matter of the common interest of the Co-Allottee/s and relating to their mutual rights and obligations for the beneficial usage of their respective Units exclusively, and the Common Areas and Service Installations in common.
