Common Service Provider definition

Common Service Provider means a person nominated by the ICSDs to perform the role of common service provider;

  • If any event occurs that requires a mark up or mark down of the records which an ICSD holds for its customers to reflect such customers' interest in the Notes, the Fiscal Agent will (to the extent known to it) promptly provide details of the amount of such mark up or mark down, together with a description of the event that requires it, to the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) to ensure that the IOA of the Notes remains at all times accurate.

  • The Fiscal Agent will (to the extent known to it) promptly provide to the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) copies of all information that is given to the holders of the Notes.
